A STATEMENT ON THE PROPOSED REAPPORTIONMENT OF THE 49TH ASSEMBLY DISTRICT, Brooklyn, N.Y. PART I – THE SCHEMEArnaldo A. Ferraro, Ph.D. HERE WE GO AGAIN! In a déjà-vu reapportionment conspiracy of the 49th Assembly District in Brooklyn, the recently proposed drafted maps of Senate and Assembly districts by the groups Latino Justice PRLDEF, Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, the Center for Law and Social Justice and the National Institute for Latino Politics are certainly not ones that provide “fair ethnic representation” to the people of certain areas, as they claim. In analyzing the plan of the proposed map of the 49th Assembly District, it seems, in my opinion, that the reapportionment of the 49th Assembly District was mostly based on two simple objectives.
Lucretia Regina-Potter is very active in the 49th Assembly District and raises awareness and issues relevant to her community, much to the chagrin of those currently holding office.By looking at the suggested new “unity” map of the 49th AD, one can also see two very important as well curious facts: the border of the new district ends at Bath Avenue, just one block away from Cropsey Avenue where Lucretia Regina-Potter lives. Coincidental? I would say very strange.

Dr. Drool might be sitting on his rocking chair, but I don't think he is off his rocker on this issue. Would anyone be shocked that "abbate the Barbarian" would screw with the district lines. This guy actually feels the 49th belongs to him.
The barbarian keeps cipi-cup in and the trashcan out, now that's stupid. Cipi-cup gave him a run for his Union Money. He needs to keep his eyes on the foo-man-choo gang. Anyone walk around the district latley, it looks like sing-a-poor the new asian ghetto.
The Unions pet is not doing a thing in the 49th, a once beautiful clean district. Now we, have dirty filthy streets, rats running rampant, people going through my garbage for soda cans so they can buy my house.
Time for the barbarian to read his fortune cookie, as wise man says, that how the cookie crumbles. Time for you to sit on your rocker with dr. doolittle.
Here's to the demise of the barbarian, election day is not that far off. He has been in way too long and does not give a shit about anything except his warchest.
Good government is that which delivers the citizen from the risk of being done out of his life and property too arbitrarily and violently - one that relieves him sufficiently from the barbaric business of guarding them to enable him to engage in gentler, more dignified and more agreeable undertakings.
